2400 Barranca is located in Irvine, CA. The project is a 272k gross square feet ground-up construction mid-rise office complex including a 310k SF parking structure. The project is designed with flexible workspaces, a gym, bike/electric scooter share, and large public amenity space and landscaping. The total development cost is $158M. The project is in progress.
111 Varick - Multifamily + Retail
111 Varick is ground-up construction, a mixed-used building of 28 stories, consisting of a total of 108,000 square feet located in Hudson Square, NYC. The project includes 100 rental units (80/20 market rate and affordable, 421-a Tax Abatement Program), automated parking, and 2,000 square foot retail. Amenities include a gym, lounge, and rooftop terraces. The total development cost was $180M and completed in early 2021.
Castle + Mariner - Multfamily
The Castle and Mariner are two projects comprised of 220-unit ground-up construction, 4-story wood-frame structure over a podium slab construction. 15,000sf amenities include a roof deck with BBQ grills, seating and outdoor cinema, private screening room, gym, Wi-Fi Lounge, conference room, and clubhouse. The total development cost for the two projects was $60M and completed in 2014.
58 + 80 Metropolitan - Luxury Condominiums
58 + 80 Metropolitan was completed in 2009 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The project was constructed in two phases. 80 Met or Phase one consists of 112 loft units and 9 townhouses, a gym, a heated indoor pool, rooftop cabanas, enclosed private parking, and amenities space held within 180,000 square feet of space. 58 Met or Phase two of the project consists of 50 loft units, private courtyard, rooftop cabanas, a 15-year Tax abatement, and views of Manhattan. The project won the 2010 Building Brooklyn Awards in the residential category. The total development cost was $126M.
Steiner Studios - Soundstages + Production Offices
The historic renovation of the 7-story former Navy Offices, 225,000 square foot building contains additional support space such as mill shops, wardrobe suites, storage space, and production offices. Engagement of New York State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) in the restoration of original windows and rehabilitation of World War II radio towers. The interior renovation includes new mechanical systems and the addition of new freight elevators and structural changes to accommodate column-free studios. The project achieved LEED Certified. The total development cost was $85M.
