Kasey Chaleunsouk, Founder

Over the past 18 years, Kasey has developed over $2.5 billion worth of real estate projects in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Southern California. His experience includes the design and construction of movie studios in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, life science campus in Southern California, and high-rise residential projects in Seattle and NYC. Kasey has recently completed a 140-unit luxury condo project by renowned architecture firm OMA, founded by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Rem Koolhaas. His executive experience includes working with private developers, public companies, and institutional clients such as J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Kasey received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Columbia University and a Master of Science, Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
